The thickness, colour and flavour of our premium quality peppers make it one of our flagship products. The climate, soil and experience of our farmers have produced a premium quality pepper that can be eaten fresh or used in industrial processing.
Thousands of kilos of this delicacy from southern Spain are produced each year on our lands and shipped to the more demanding markets, where consumers can buy with confidence an excellent product compliant with the highest food safety standards.
Pepper is planted on raised beds between March and May. Harvesting is done manually, and usually takes place between July and September. The temperatures in southern Spain throughout these months, the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean and the effective irrigation system in place create a microclimate especially suitable for the cultivation of this solanaceae.
