Las Marismas de Lebrija SCA has produced this tuber for a few years now. The humidity, temperature and oxygen circulation in the soil are favourable for the development of this product, which is part of people’s staple diet around the world. Our potatoes are medium-sized and can be eaten fried, stewed or prepared in other ways.
This tuber is sown in November and December and harvested in June. The status of this solanaceous plant is monitored throughout the crop cycle.
